chunk_sizeto theiterate()methods of all paginated collection clients, matchingiterate_items(),iterate_keys()anditerate_requests()and the JS client'schunkSize. It caps thelimitof each page request; a page never asks for more than whatlimithas left. Without it, the API picks the page size, as before.Closes: #1149
